Construction of Bore with Solar System and Water Tanks at Killa Shaig and Others Killa Saifullah and Drain in Different Localities of Municipal Committee Muslim Bagh (BSDI Phase-III 2026-27)

The Local Govt & Rural Development Department Killa Saifullah invites sealed tenders for the fiscal year 2026-27 under the Balochistan Composite Schedule of Rates. The procurement includes two main works: - Bore with Solar System and Water Tanks at Killa Shaig and Others Killa Saifullah PSDP 2026-27 (E-Bid) with an estimated cost of Rs. 99,008,798 - Construction of Drain in Different Localities of Municipal Committee Muslim Bagh (BSDI Phase-III 2026-27) with an estimated cost of Rs. 19,896,969 The works must be carried out in accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014 (amended till date). Firms must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories and with tax authorities (FBR and BRA). Experience with similar work and turnover certificates are required. Valid registration with Income Tax and BRA with active tax payer lists is mandatory. The method of procurement is Single Stage-Two Envelope. Bids must be submitted electronically by 24th August 2026 at 10:00 AM via the e-procurement system. Manual bids can also be submitted by the same date and time at the office of the undersigned. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. Late bids will not be accepted.
