Construction of BT Road Killi Talha and Drainage of Flood Protection at Killi Ghabbargai District Qilla Saifullah

The Urban Planning & Development Department Zhob Division invites sealed tenders based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan, amended up-to-date from interested contractors/firms for the execution of civil works in Qilla Saifullah district. Items being procured: - Construction of BT Road Killi Talha District Qilla Saifullah with an estimated cost of Rs. 15,000,000/- - Drainage of Flood Protection at Killi Ghabbargai, District Qilla Saifullah with an estimated cost of Rs. 20,000,000/- The scope includes construction and drainage works as per PSDP No.5518 and 5514 respectively, under the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026. Contractors must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above with the relevant specialized code. Firms must also be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and have active registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Active Taxpayer List (ATL). A minimum turnover for the last three years and completion of at least three similar assignments is required. Bids must include a Bid Security of 3% in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be downloaded from the BPPRA website at www.bppra.org.pk. Tender fees of Rs. 2000/- and Rs. 2500/- must be deposited in the government treasury under account C-03870 through the Green Challan Form at National Bank of Pakistan (NBP).
