Construction of Bulk Water Supply System Under Area Development Programme

The Chief Minister Development Package for Dera Bugti invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of the Construction of Bulk Water Supply System under the Area Development Programme for the Year 2026 based on Composite schedule rates 2023 on Percentage Rates. Items being procured: - Construction of Bulk Water Supply System Under Area Development Programme Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of Bidders includes presence in Active Tax Payer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, and registration requirements. The bidder must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least 1,700,000,000 PKR amount in 3 subsequent previous years showing financial capacity of the firm. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-1 and above (up to 2500 million) in relevant category and specialized codes CE09(ii) (Water Supply), CE10(i) (General Civil Engineering Works), EE11(vi) (General Electrical Works Only), EE14(viii) (Wind and Solar Energy), ME07(v) (General Mechanical Works only) is mandatory. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost is required. Tender processing fee of Rs. 1000 in account No. C02716 is mandatory.
