Construction of Car Parking Shed at Khan Khwar Power House WAPDA Besham

The Khan Khwar Hydel Power Station, Besham (General Manager Finance (Power) WAPDA) invites bids for the construction of a Car Parking Shed at Khan Khwar Power House, Besham, Shangla district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed under the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation including dogbilling, dressing, refilling, watering and ramming (13.44 Cum) - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 38 mm to 51 mm gauge in foundation and plinth (38.42 Cum) - Reinforced cement concrete work in roof slabs, beams, columns, rafts, lintels (6.44 Cum) - Intermediate grade deformed reinforcement steel (619 Kgs) - M.S flat iron, U-channel, base plate (293.08 Kgs) - M.S support pipe 3" dia (39.78 Mtr) - M.S angle 1.5"x1.5"x3/16" (77.4 Kgs) - H.M.S frame 1.5"x1.5" (695.6 Mtr) - M.S bars square 3/4" and L-shaped bars (328.96 Kgs) - M.S iron hook 1" dia revit+washer (1000 Nos) - Anchor bolt & nut 3/8" dia (66.5 Kgs) - Fabrication of heavy steel work for trusses, girders, tanks etc. (3165.31 Kgs) - Erection and fitting of iron trusses and staging (3165.32 Kgs) - Erection and fitting of car shed fiber glass or reinforced PVC/PVDF coated polyester membrane fabric (109.99 Sqm) - Cement concrete plain machine mixed (2.8 Cum) - Filling, watering, ramming earth under floors (67.4 Cum) - Carriage of materials like stone aggregate, coal, surkhi etc. (67.4 Cum) - Precast cement concrete solid or face blocks (1.56 Cum) - Providing and laying tuff tile over 100 mm thick sand (385.45 Sqm) The scope includes all civil, structural, roofing, flooring, drainage, and allied works as per approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary for satisfactory completion. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration in relevant category, FBR registration, satisfactory performance certificates if previously engaged, and no blacklisting. Bid security in form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid opening will be on the same day at 11:30 AM. The contract duration is 60 days from commencement.
