Tender Description
The Office of PD GSC FESCO (Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO)) invites sealed bids for the transportation, shifting, erection, and stringing of a 132KV double circuit transmission line from F/F 132KV Grid Station Silanwali (Section-II) in Faisalabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is open to eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0.
Items being procured:
- Transportation and shifting of 132KV ZM-I Type Towers (17 units)
- Transportation and shifting of 132KV ZM-I+3 Type Tower (1 unit)
- Transportation and shifting of 132KV ZM-30 Type Tower (1 unit)
- Transportation and shifting of 132KV ZM-60 Type Towers (2 units)
- Transportation and shifting of 132KV ZM-60+3 Type Towers (2 units)
- Transportation and shifting of materials from FESCO store to site (5.9 KM)
- Stringing of ACSR LYNX conductor (6 wires) and 1 shield wire (9mm sq) including pave out, sagging, dead ending, clipping, jumpering, droppers, installation of S.B. Dampers, and tree cutting up to specified limits
The scope includes complete erection of towers with welding of nuts and bolts, painting with two coats of red oxide and aluminum paint as per WAPDA/FESCO standards. The contractor will be fully responsible for watch and ward of materials during execution.
Eligibility criteria require PEC C-6 registration with code EE-05, experience of at least two similar contracts with 40% completion as main contractor awarded by WAPDA/NTDC/DISCOs in the last 10 years, active NTN, PRA registration, FBR returns, audit reports, bank statements, and bid security of 5% of BOQ amount.
Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by Friday, November 6, 2026, at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 1:30 PM via EPADS. The contract performance guarantee is 10% of the contract price.
