Construction of Pole Foundations for 132KV D/C Transmission Line from 500/132KV Grid Station Allama Iqbal Industrial City to 132KV Grid Station Allama Iqbal Industrial City No.2 (Deposit Work)

The Office of PD GSC FESCO (Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO)) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of pole foundations for the 132KV double circuit transmission line from 500/132KV Grid Station Allama Iqbal Industrial City (AllC) to 132KV Grid Station Allama Iqbal Industrial City No.2. This project is located in Faisalabad city, Punjab province. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with an expected commencement date of December 10, 2026. Items being procured: - SPA+2M Poles 26 Nos. (Drawing No. PDW/TC-791) - SPD+2M Poles 8 Nos. (Drawing No. PDW/TC-792) - SPG+2M Poles 11 Nos. (Drawing No. PDW/TC-793) - Supplying and fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement for RCC piles (105,682.436 Kg) - Providing and casting in situ bored RCC piles with approved crushed stone and coarse sand - SPA+2M Poles 1200mm dia 26 Nos. / Meter 325 - SPD+2M & SPG+2M Poles 1600mm dia 19 Nos. / Meter 338.5 - Reinforced cement concrete work using coarse sand (153.377 Cum) - Fixing in position of foundation bolts duly assembled (1174 Each) - Additional cost for S/R Cement (9375.472 Bags) The scope includes all civil works related to pole foundation construction, including boring, drilling, reinforcement fabrication, concrete casting, and fixing foundation bolts as per technical specifications and drawings. The work site is at the 132 kV Grid Station near Agriculture University, Faisalabad. Eligible bidders must have PEC registration with C-6 category having codes CE-10 & CE-02 for the year 2026-27. Bidders should have completed at least two similar contracts with 40% completion as main contractor awarded by WAPDA, NTDC, or DISCOs within the last 10 years. Active NTN, PRA registration, FBR returns for the last 3 years, and a bank statement equal to 10% of the BOQ amount are required. A bid security of 5% of the BOQ amount in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 portal by November 10, 2026, 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 1:30 PM via EPADS. The selection method is Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). The contract performance guarantee is 10% of the contract price. The contract will be governed by the laws of Pakistan. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject all bids.
