Construction of Tower Pile Foundations for 132KV D/C Transmission Line at 220/132KV Grid Station Jouharabad – Shahpur – Chidru Circuit

The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites sealed bids for the construction of tower pile foundations for the 132KV Double Circuit Transmission Line in and out at the 220/132KV Grid Station Jouharabad – Shahpur – Chidru Circuit located in Faisalabad city, Punjab. This procurement is under Tender No.36 with reference P144780 for the financial year 2026-27. The scope includes supplying and fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement for RCC piles and structural members, providing and casting in-situ bored RCC piles of approved mix design, reinforced cement concrete work for slabs, beams, columns, and pile caps, and bitumen coating to plastered or cement concrete surfaces. Items being procured: - Supplying and fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement for RCC piles (Qty: 3787.253 Kg and 29439.946 Kg) - Supplying and fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement for RCC in slabs, beams, columns, and pile caps (Qty: 466.128 Kg and 6299.218 Kg) - Providing and casting in-situ bored RCC piles 600mm dia and 915mm dia (Qty: 52.6 Mtr and 375.6 Mtr) - Reinforced cement concrete work using coarse sand for structural members (Qty: 5.8 Cum and 32.069 Cum) - Bitumen coating to plastered or cement concrete surface (Qty: 15.072 Sqm and 114.624 Sqm) - Add difference of cost SR cement (Qty: 161.299 Bags and 2195.461 Bags) The technical scope covers all civil works related to tower pile foundations including cutting, bending, laying reinforcement, boring, drilling, concrete placing, shuttering, curing, and finishing as per NTDC and FESCO specifications. Eligible bidders must have PEC C-6 registration with codes CE-10 & CE-02, demonstrate experience with at least two similar contracts of 40% completion awarded by WAPDA, NTDC, or DISCOs within the last 10 years, hold active NTN and PRA registration, and provide financial statements and bank statements as per bid requirements. A bid security of 5% of the BOQ amount is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by **November 3, 2026, 11:30 AM** and will be opened the same day at 1:30 PM.
