The Municipal Committee Umerkot invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the construction of CC Road in various streets of Ward No.01 to 14 Part-08 under the Municipal Committee Umerkot jurisdiction in Umerkot city, Sindh. This procurement is for civil works involving road construction with a completion period of 12 months. The contract will be awarded on a percentage rate/unit price basis with a Bill of Quantities. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the year 2026-27 and have active NTN and Sindh Revenue Board registrations. Experience requirements include at least two ongoing and two completed similar works with supporting documentation. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft in favor of Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Umerkot. Bids must be submitted electronically through the SPPRA E-Procurement System (EPADS) only; manual submissions will not be accepted.
