Construction of Community Hall in Perumal District Sanghar with Solar 15-KW Hybrid Battery System

The Buildings Division Sanghar invites bids for the construction of a Community Hall in Perumal District Sanghar, including the installation of a Solar 15-KW system with a Hybrid Battery System. This procurement is part of the infrastructure improvement projects under the Non-ADP funding source. Items being procured: - Providing & laying PVC insulated & PVC Sheeted 2.5mm2 copper conductor wiring - Providing & laying PVC insulated copper conductor in ¾" dia PVC conduit - Providing & Fixing 598 watt Mono-Perc Grade-A Tier 1 Solar Panels totaling 13800 Watt - Providing & Fixing 3 KW Hybrid-Grid Inverter with 5 Year Warranty, 20 units - Providing & Fixing Lithium Ion Life PO4 Battery 48 Volts 100 Amp, 1 unit - Providing & Fixing PV Balance of System with Elevated Structure including PV Frame G.I Angles, PV Wire 8mm2, AC and DC Circuit Breakers, PV Junction Box, Control Panel Box, Grounding/Earthing, AC Wire 16mm2 3 Core, PV Disconnected switch, and iron made powder coated rust proof mounting plate - Complete wiring and installation for 13800 Watt system The technical scope includes civil and electrical works for the community hall and solar power system installation. The project duration is 24 months with a security deposit of 5% and applicable taxes including 5% SRB and 8% income tax deductions. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid PEC registration in relevant codes, NTN and SRB active taxpayer status, valid electrical license, and ISO certifications. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 500,000 in the form of a Call Deposit. The bid validity period is 90 days.
