Tender Description
The Local Government and Rural Development Department Lakki Marwat is inviting sealed e-bids for the construction of community ponds, surface water tanks, and installation of pressure pumps at various locations in Tehsil Lakki, District Lakki Marwat. This procurement is part of the Financial Year 2026-27 under the MRS-2025 (1st Binnual) scheme.

The technical scope includes civil construction works for ponds and water tanks, along with mechanical installation of pressure pumps to ensure water supply at the designated sites. The project requires compliance with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration and enlistment with the C&W Department under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Centralized Enlistment Policy.
Eligible bidders must submit their bids electronically through the EPADS portal. The Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes, clearly marked and placed in one outer sealed envelope addressed to the Assistant Director, LG&RDD, Lakki Marwat. The bid security of 2% amounting to Rs. 3,400,000 must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR).
The deadline for submission is 13th August 2026 at 12:30 PM. Bidders should note that the last date for seeking online clarifications is 5th August 2026 at 5:00 PM. Bids will be evaluated as per the criteria specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are advised to ensure their Technical Proposal is properly page-numbered and includes a table of contents.
