Construction of 05 No. CPS Solar Rooms at Jhal Magsi, Sibi, and Quetta Projects

The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Procurement Department invites bids for the construction of 05 No. CPS Solar Rooms at multiple project sites including 08" & 12" diameter locations at Jhal Magsi Project (KMP-25 & KMP-75), QPL HQ Sibi Section (KMP-145, KMP-178), and QPL HQ Quetta (KMP-272 Bibi Nani). This procurement is for non-consultancy civil works under a single stage two envelope bidding procedure with a fixed bid bond of Rs. 130,000 required in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of SSGC. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-6 or above with specialization CE-08 & CE-10 and meet all eligibility criteria including FBR registration, Sindh Revenue Board registration, and financial stability. Items being procured: - Construction of 02 No. CPS Solar Rooms (Size: 18'-0) at 8" Dia Jhal Magsi Project - Construction of 02 No. CPS Solar Rooms (Size: 18'-0) at 12" Dia QPL HQ Sibi Section - Construction of 01 No. CPS Solar Room (Size: 18'-0) at 12" Dia QPL HQ Quetta The scope includes civil construction works as per BOQ and technical specifications attached with the tender documents. The project requires qualified contractors with valid PEC certification and relevant experience. Bidders must submit bids through the EPADS v2.0 portal by Monday, September 14, 2026, 12:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM via EPADS. The contract will be awarded based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract price. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your PEC certificate and all required documents are uploaded and signed properly on EPADS, and submit the physical bid bond to the SSGC Tender Room before the deadline to avoid disqualification.
