Public Health Engineering Division Bannu invites electronic bids from eligible firms in accordance with KPPRA procurement Rules 2014 on single stage two envelope procedure for the following works in Southern District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Bannu. The projects involve civil works, installation of solar systems, and sanitation infrastructure. Bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA). Contractors quoting bids up to 10% below the Engineer's Estimate must submit 2% bid security of the Engineer's Estimate. Those quoting 10% to 20% below must submit 8% additional security. Bids more than 20% below require additional security equal to the differential amount. Non-responsive bids will be rejected. Bidding documents and instructions can be downloaded from the e-PADS website (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted to the office of Executive Engineer PHE Division Bannu by 23rd September 2026 at 12:30 PM. The bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 15th September 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Executive Engineer office.
