Construction of Flood Diversion Bund/Ganda in Qaisarwah for Village Raza Chandia District Sibi

The Irrigation Division Sibi invites eligible bidders for the construction of a Flood Diversion Bund/Ganda in Qaisarwah for Village Raza Chandia in District Sibi. This procurement is for the execution of works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction of Flood Diversion Bund/Ganda in Qaisarwah for Village Raza Chandia District Sibi The project requires specialized expertise in irrigation and flood control systems. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above, with a specialized code CE04(ii) for Irrigation & Flood Control Systems. The bidding firm must have completed at least two similar assignments with a turnover of at least PKR 14,000,000 in the last two years, demonstrating financial capacity. Registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and an active tax payer list status is mandatory. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer Irrigation Division Sibi upon payment of a tender fee of PKR 1,500. The issuance of tender documents is open from the date of publication until 01 September 2026 during office hours.
