Construction, Improvement, Rehabilitation & Widening of BT Roads in District South Waziristan Lower, South Waziristan Upper & North Waziristan, TSD (DI Khan, Bannu, Tank, Lakki Marwat)

The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through its C&W Highway Division D.I. Khan, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for the construction, improvement, rehabilitation, and widening of bituminous roads in the districts of South Waziristan Lower, South Waziristan Upper, and North Waziristan, covering the areas of DI Khan, Bannu, Tank, and Lakki Marwat. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation & Widening of Main Almar Kalan Road Anwar Khel TSD Darazinda 2-Km - Construction of Black Top Road from Saad Kalai to Sahil Shaikhan Kalai TSD Darazinda 2-Km - Rehabilitation of Main Daraban Graveyard Road from Hospital 1.5-Km The scope includes road construction and rehabilitation works as per work orders, requiring expertise in civil works related to bituminous road infrastructure. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act and comply with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014, amended up to 15.09.2021. The required PEC categories are C-05 and C-06 for the respective works. Bid security in the form of stamp duty is required as per the specified amounts. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS system by 14th September 2026 at 12:00 PM, with financial bids opening the same day at 12:30 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Highway Division D.I. Khan. Contractors must submit PEC-2027, NTN Active, KPPRA Active, CNIC, and C&W Enlistment 2027 documents along with their bids. Bids will remain valid for 90 days. Any bidder providing incorrect or fake information will be blacklisted and disqualified.
