The Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Mirpurkhas, invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for multiple construction and maintenance projects in Mirpurkhas, Sindh. These works include the construction of a compound wall at Government Dispensary Mohsin Raza Farm, maintenance of the Table Tennis Hall at Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Sports Complex, construction of a Mother & Child Care Centre at Mumtazabad, and several paver block construction projects at various locations including Mohsin Raza Farm, Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Sports Complex, Village Pir Junaid Shah Rashidi Farm, Dr. Aziz Memon Clinic, and Turab Laghari. Items being procured: - Construction of Compound Wall of Government Dispensary Mohsin Raza Farm, Deh-124, UC Chitori Taluka Sindhri - Maintenance of Table Tennis Hall Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Sports Complex, Tando Adam Road - Construction of Mother & Child Care Centre at Mumtazabad Mirpurkhas (remaining development civil work) - Construction of Paver Block at Government Dispensary Mohsin Raza Farm to Kherao Shakh, Deh-124, UC Chitori (1400 Rft) - Construction of Paver Block at Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Sports Complex in front main gate and backside players hostel, UC Turk Ali Mari (1000 Rft) - Construction of Paver Block at Village Pir Junaid Shah Rashidi Farm, Deh-382, UC Wadel Shah Taluka Shujabad (1500 Rft) - Construction of Paver Block in front of Dr. Aziz Memon Clinic, Railway Colony UC-11, Ismail Shah Baba TMC Syed Khadim Ali Shah (800 Rft) - Construction of Paver Block Turab Laghari (Dital Laghari), UC Kengoro Taluka Digri (500 Rft) The scope includes excavation, cement concrete works, brick work, RCC works, paver block laying, plastering, painting, and finishing as per the detailed bill of quantities and specifications. All works are to be completed within 24 months from the date of commencement. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and demonstrate financial and technical capability. Bid security and performance security as per the tender documents are mandatory. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes by 10:30 AM on 20-10-2026 at the office of the Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Mirpurkhas, located at 1st Floor, Provincial Buildings Division, Near APWA Girls High School, M.A. Jinnah Road, Mirpurkhas. Bids will be opened publicly at 11:00 AM on the same day. The procurement method is Single Stage One Envelope. Tender documents can be obtained from the same office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents, ensure compliance with all technical and financial requirements, and submit complete proposals. Earnest money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) must accompany the bids. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained. Joint ventures are not allowed.
