Construction of MCH Block and Water Supply Schemes in Skardu

The Gilgit-Baltistan C&W Department PHE and Building Division Skardu invites sealed bids from well reputed and experienced contractors/firms/JVs under GBPPRA rule 39(a) using the SINGLE STAGE ONE ENVELOPE procedure. Valid PEC registration with relevant category/code is mandatory for the works listed below in Skardu city. Items being procured: - Construction of MCH Block at existing C-Class Dispensary at Gole - Water Supply Scheme at Kushmara - Water Supply Scheme at Sadpara Milpan and Other areas Halqa-II Skardu The scope includes construction and water supply infrastructure development at specified locations. Bidders must have PEC valid registration for CFY 2026-27 or as per extension, relevant PEC category, CNIC, enlistment with procuring agency, affidavit of no litigation, renewal receipt for CFY 2026-27, and must submit signature on bidding documents. Late bids will not be entertained. Bid security and tender form costs are specified for each lot. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer PHE & Building Division GB C&W Skardu after payment of treasury challan. Bids will be opened at the office near Parishan Chowk Skardu in presence of committee members on the specified dates. Bidders should ensure all documents are properly signed and authenticated. In case of local holiday, bids will be opened next working day. Bidders quoting rates below 15% of technical sanctioned cost must provide additional performance guarantee. Rates must be entered up to three decimal places. Decision on tied bids will be finalized through draws.
