Construction and Strengthening Works for Link Roads and Aquaculture System at Skardu

The Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, through the Office of the Executive Engineer Communication & Works Department B&R Division Skardu, invites sealed bids from well reputed and experienced contractors/firms/JVs under GB-PPRA rule 39(a) using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. The procurement is for important civil works in Skardu city, Gilgit-Baltistan, focusing on infrastructure development and aquaculture system establishment. Items being procured: - Construction of Link Road at Skardu (Estimated Cost: Rs. 4.236 Million) - Strengthening and introduction of modern sector of GB (Establishment of semi Re-circulating aquaculture system (RAS)) at Model Trout Complex (MTC) Hosho Skardu (Estimated Cost: Rs. 11.643 Million) - Construction and metalling of link road Mangar, Siopia and other Halqa-II Skardu (Estimated Cost: Rs. 3.932 Million) The scope includes construction, strengthening, and metalling of link roads and the establishment of a semi recirculating aquaculture system at the Model Trout Complex. Bidders must have valid PEC registration for the current financial year 2026-27 with relevant category and code. Other mandatory documents include renewal receipt of GB C&WD, enlistment receipt from procuring agency, CNIC, affidavit of no litigation or blacklisting, and submission of bidding documents addressed to the concerned Executive Engineer. Bidding documents are available upon submission of a written application and non-refundable fee as per GB PPRA rules. Payment must be made through Treasury Challan or NBP Skardu Branch. Bid security and tender form costs vary per work. Bids will be opened on 22nd October 2026 at specified times. The bid validity is 90 days. Only single bids or JV partners will be entertained.
