Construction of Residences for Officers at Lahore High Court Multan Bench

The Communication & Works Department Buildings Division No. 1 Multan invites tenders from PEC registered engineering companies, firms, joint ventures, or contractors for the construction of residences for officers at Lahore High Court Multan Bench in Multan city. Residences on Each Floor) (Lower Ground Floor to 5th Floor Mumty) - Additional Items including Construction of Maintenance Office & Water Filtration Plant Room - Construction of Guard Room, RCC Left Wall, Overhead Reservoir - Water Work (Turbine) - Security Wall 9" thick & Height - Razor cut Wire, Gate and Gate Pillars - Fire Fighting system (Cabinet Type) - Power Wiring - Provision of 630-KVA Transformer - External Development The scope includes comprehensive construction works with electrical wiring, water supply, security installations, and external development at the site. Contractors must be registered with PEC in the relevant category or above with specialized code CE10, CE11, renewed for the year 2026-27. Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System (EPADS) and submit a 2% bid security of the approved DNIT cost as per PPRA rules. No physical call deposit receipt will be accepted. The bid security will be released only after the successful bidder accepts the Letter of Intent and submits the performance guarantee through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. Technical bids will be received and downloaded on 26.10.2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of Commissioner Multan Division, Multan. Financial bids will be opened after evaluation of technical bids, with dates intimated to qualified bidders. The tender closing time is 11:00 AM on 26.10.2026.
