The Municipal Committee Umerkot invites eligible and qualified contractors to submit electronic bids for the construction of an RCC Feeding Channel Type-C from Culvert By Pass Mirpurkhas Road to Kotwaha Part-02 in Umerkot. The tender fee is Rs. 3,000 non-refundable, and a bid security of 5% of the estimated cost (Rs. 524,750) is required in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft in favor of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Umerkot. Bids must be submitted electronically through the SPPRA E-Procurement System (EPADS) only; manual submissions will not be accepted. The original bid security instruments must be delivered in sealed envelopes to the procuring agency before bid opening.
