Construction and Rehabilitation Works for Government Schools in Soro Mand District Tump

The PP&H Department District Tump invites sealed percentage tenders based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan (G.O.B) amended up to date from interested Government Contractors/Firms for renewal works for the year 2026. Items being procured: - Construction of Examination Hall for Government Girls High School Soro Mand District Tump - Repair and Rehabilitation Class Room at Government High School Bullo Mand The works involve construction and rehabilitation at government school sites in Soro Mand area. Bidders must have assignments of one similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least PKR 500,000 in 3 subsequent previous years. Presence in the Active Taxpayer List and registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority and Pakistan Engineering Council C-6 is mandatory. The procurement follows the Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bid security in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 2% is required. Tender documents can be obtained from the Executive Engineer Buildings office upon payment of PKR 1,000. The tender fee is PKR 1000/- deposited in the shape of Green Challan in Head of Account (02726). Earnest Money of 2% and a time limit of 12 months for each work applies. The last date for bid submission is the 7th of September 2026 by 12:00 PM.
