Tender Description
District Council Vehari invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for development works in Vehari. Contractors must be enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the Financial Year 2026-27 and meet all eligibility requirements in the bidding documents. Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) via the Punjab e-Procurement System.

- Construction of Tuff Tiles at Basti Hari Chand (Retender)
- Construction of Soling Resoling in Basti Aftab Alam Wali Mouza Sorro Tehsil Vehari
- Construction of Tuff Tile in Main Street Muhallah Javed Kot Ludden
- Rehabilitation of Disposal Works Karam Pur, Mailsi
- Construction of Soling Basti Yousaf Wala, Ali Wah Tehsil Mailsi
These works involve civil construction and rehabilitation at various locations within Vehari and Mailsi tehsils. Bidders must submit bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost via Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) through the Punjab e-Procurement System using SWIFT MT760 in favor of the Chief Officer, District Council Vehari. Physical bid securities such as CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft will not be accepted.
The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12-09-2026 at 1:00 PM and will be opened the same day at 1:30 PM in the office of District Council Vehari. Bidders should ensure their bids comply with all technical and financial requirements, including quoting unit rates and completing all pages of DNIT/BOQs.
