Construction and Renovation Works at Municipal Committee Choa Saidan Shah

Municipal Committee Choa Saidan Shah invites electronic bids from eligible and registered Contractors, Firms, and Companies for execution of the following Development Schemes through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP System) in Choa Saidan Shah city. Items being procured: - Construction of Street Drain & Nullah with Allied Works, Chumbi, Choa Saidan Shah - Construction of Street Drain / Nullah with Allied Works at Dhoke Ruppur - Construction of Street Drain, Nullah and Allied Works at Mustafa Abad - Renovation of MC Hall & Office The scope includes construction and renovation works involving street drains, nullahs, allied civil works, and office renovation. Each scheme has a completion period of 3 months. The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System only. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including FBR, PRA, and Punjab e-Procurement System, and possess valid NTN/PRTN and Active Taxpayer Status. Earnest Money for each scheme is 5% of the estimated cost and must be submitted as per prescribed form and manner. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 14.10.2026 at 11:00 AM. Opening of bids will be done electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bids will remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening. Mandatory eligibility, technical, and financial documents must be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System as prescribed. The successful bidder will execute the work strictly according to sanctioned estimates, technical sanctions, specifications, BOQ, and contract agreement. Additional performance security, where applicable, shall be deposited as per Punjab Local Government (Works) Rules, 2017.
