District Council Chakwal invites sealed bids through E-P System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/) from contractors registered on E-PADS for the year 2026-27 @ MRS 2nd Bi Annual 2026, from 1st July 2026 to 31st December 2026 for District Chakwal / Talagang and N.S. The procurement follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and is open to all eligible bidders. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 5% in favor of District Council Chakwal. Bidding documents and terms & conditions can be downloaded free of cost from https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/. Bids must be submitted online at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ by or before 11:00 A.M on 12-10-2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M in the presence of bidders or their representatives in the office of the District Council Chakwal. Incomplete, ambiguous or unfilled bids will be rejected. The successful contractor will have to make an agreement on stamp paper and provide a performance security. The additional performance security will be refunded after issuance of completion certificate by the Engineer in charge. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost is required. The lowest bidder shall deposit 10% additional performance security within 15 days of acceptance letter. Bids not complying with PPRA Rules 2014, Chapter VI, Clause 35 will be rejected.
