The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification and issuance of tenders for construction, repair, maintenance, and provision works of miscellaneous buildings within the Area of Responsibility of Garrison Engineer Rawalpindi-11. This procurement is specifically for contractors experienced in civil works related to buildings in Rawalpindi.
