Construction & Repair of Paving Block / CC Block at Various Places in UC 159 TMC Qasimabad, HMC Hyderabad (Phase 4)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the construction and repair of paving block / cement concrete (CC) block at various places in UC 159 TMC Qasimabad, Hyderabad (Phase 4). This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad. The procurement is conducted through Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure via the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) rules, 2010 (amended). Items being procured: - Construction & repair of paving block / CC block at various places in UC 159 TMC Qasimabad The technical scope includes dismantling cement concrete, earthwork for road embankment, carriage of materials like stone aggregate, cement concrete brick or stone ballast, providing and fixing cement paving blocks with natural colors and specified strength, erection and removal of centering for RCC or plain cement concrete works, and finishing and curing of cement concrete. The work is to be completed within 12 months. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have active taxpayer status on FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), mandatory registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), valid NTN and sales tax registration certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years with completion certificates, minimum two ongoing projects of similar nature, submission of bank statements for last three years, affidavit on e-stamp paper stating no blacklisting or litigation, availability of required technical staff and equipment, and submission of work methodology and execution plan. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000/- is required in favor of Deposit Fund HMC via Pay Order or Call Deposit. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit / Pay Order / Bank Draft in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies must be uploaded via E-PADS and original hard copies submitted before bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted.
