Providing Paving Block at UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro (Phase 1)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the execution of development schemes under the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure as per Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (Amended). The specific work involves providing paving blocks at UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro (Phase 1) with an estimated cost of **Rs. 2,995,500** and a completion period of 12 months. Items being procured: - Dismantling cement concrete plain 1:2:4 - Earth work for road embankment by bulldozer including ploughing, mixing, clod breaking, dressing and compacting - Carriage of materials like stone aggregate, spawl, coal, lime, surkhi, bricks, tiles, timber, fuel wood by trucks - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge - Providing & fixing cement paving blocks flooring size 197 x 97 x 60 mm with natural colours - Erection and removal of centering for RCC or plain cement concrete works - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing The technical scope includes supply and installation of high-strength paving blocks with joint filling, earthworks, concrete works, and related civil construction activities at the specified site in Hyderabad. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, registration with Sindh Revenue Board, valid NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, ongoing projects, financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements, affidavit of no blacklisting, and availability of technical staff and equipment. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost and tender fee of Rs.3000 are mandatory.
