Providing Paving Block at UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro Phase 2

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the execution of the development scheme titled PROVIDING PAVING BLOCK AT UC-158 VILLAGE MUHAMMAD BUX SHORO (PHASE 2) located in Hyderabad. The estimated cost of the project is **Rs. 2,995,500/-** with a completion period of 12 months. Items being procured: - Dismantling cement concrete plain 1:2:4 - Earth work for road embankment by bulldozer including ploughing, mixing, clod breaking, dressing and compacting - Carriage of materials like stone aggregate, spawl, coal, lime, surkhi, bricks, tiles, timber, fuel wood by trucks - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge - Providing & fixing cement paving blocks flooring of size 197 x 97 x 60 mm with natural colours and strength between 5000 PSI to 8500 PSI - Erection and removal of centering for RCC or plain cement concrete works - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing The technical scope includes supply and installation of paving blocks over a 2" thick bed of hill sand or stone dust, earthworks, concrete works, and related civil works as per specifications. Bidders must be registered with PEC in the appropriate category if applicable, possess valid NTN, Sales Tax, and Sindh Revenue Board registrations, and demonstrate experience with at least two similar completed works in the last two years and two ongoing projects. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3000/- are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal only; manual submissions will not be accepted. The deadline for bid submission is **06-11-2026 up to 11:00 AM**, with bid opening on the same day at 12:00 Noon at the office of the Executive Engineer, Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Original tender fee and bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules.
