Construction and Repair of Paving Block / CC Block at Various Places in UC 145 TMC Qasimabad, Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (Phase 5)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the construction and repair of paving blocks and cement concrete blocks at various locations in UC 145 TMC Qasimabad, Hyderabad. This procurement is for Phase 5 of the development scheme under the supervision of the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Items being procured: - Construction and repair of paving block / CC block at various places in UC 145 TMC Qasimabad The scope includes dismantling cement concrete, earthwork for road embankment, carriage of materials like stone aggregate and bricks, providing and fixing cement paving blocks with natural colors and specified strength, erection and removal of centering for RCC or plain cement concrete works, and cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing, and curing. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities, possess valid NTN and Sales Tax registration, be active taxpayers on FBR ATL, and registered with Sindh Revenue Board. They must have completed at least two similar works in the last two years and have two ongoing projects of similar nature. Submission of bank statements for the last three years and an affidavit on e-stamp paper declaring no blacklisting or litigation is mandatory. Tender documents are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000/- is required in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted as Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Scanned copies of tender fee and bid security must be uploaded, and original instruments submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening. Bids will be opened on 06-11-2026 at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. The bid validity period is 90 days from the date of opening. Hyderabad Municipal Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. Joint Venture firms must submit JV agreements if applicable.
