Construction & Repair of Paving Block / CC Block at Various Places in UC 145 TMC Qasimabad, HMC Hyderabad (Phase 4)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the construction and repair of paving blocks and cement concrete blocks at various places in UC 145 TMC Qasimabad, Hyderabad. This procurement is for the execution of development schemes under the supervision of the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in Hyderabad city. Items being procured: - Construction & Repair of Paving Block / CC Block at Various Places in UC 145 TMC Qasimabad, HMC Hyderabad (Phase 4) The technical scope includes dismantling cement concrete plain, earthwork for road embankment by bulldozer including ploughing, mixing, clod breaking, dressing and compacting with optimum moisture content, carriage of materials like stone aggregate, spawl, coal, lime, surkhi, cement concrete brick or stone ballast, providing and fixing cement paving blocks flooring of specified size and strength with natural colours, erection and removal of centering for RCC or plain cement concrete works, and cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have active taxpayer status on FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), mandatory registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), valid NTN and sales tax registration certificates, minimum two similar works completed in last two years with completion certificates, minimum two ongoing projects of similar nature, submission of bank statements for last three years showing financial soundness, affidavit on E-stamp paper stating no blacklisting or litigation, required technical staff and equipment availability, and provision of work methodology and execution plan. The tender fee is Rs.3000/- payable via Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.
