Construction and Repair of Paving Block / CC Block at Various Places in UC 159 TMC Qasimabad, Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (Phase 2)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the construction and repair of paving block and cement concrete (CC) block at various places in UC 159 TMC Qasimabad, Hyderabad. This procurement is under the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure as per Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (Amended). Items being procured: - Construction and repair of paving block / CC block at various places in UC 159 TMC Qasimabad The scope includes dismantling cement concrete, earthwork for road embankment, carriage of materials like stone aggregate, cement concrete brick or stone ballast, providing and fixing cement paving blocks of specified size and strength, erection and removal of centering for RCC or plain cement concrete works, and finishing and curing of cement concrete. The work is to be completed within 12 months. Bidders must have active taxpayer status on FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), valid registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates, and must have completed at least two similar works in the last two years with supporting completion certificates. They must also have at least two ongoing projects of similar nature, submit bank statements for the last three years, and provide an affidavit on E-stamp paper confirming no blacklisting or litigation. Tender documents can be downloaded from the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000/- is required in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies must be uploaded via E-PADS and original hard copies submitted before bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.
