Installation of 2000 RFT R.C.C Pipe Line 18 Inch Dia in UC-155, Village Sajan Detho TMC Qasimabad (Phase-4)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of 2000 RFT R.C.C pipe line 18 inch diameter in UC-155, Village Sajan Detho TMC Qasimabad (Phase-4). This procurement is managed by the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad. The project involves the installation of reinforced cement concrete pipeline over a length of 2000 running feet with a diameter of 18 inches, including excavation, laying, jointing, and refilling works. Items being procured: - Installation of 2000 RFT R.C.C Pipe Line 18 inch diameter - Excavation for pipeline in trenches and pits in hard soils - Providing fence guards, lights, flags, and temporary crossings - Laying RCC pipes ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge - Reinforced cement concrete work including formwork and curing - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement - Manufacturing and supplying of R.C.C manhole covers - Refilling excavated material in trenches with compaction - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing, and curing The technical scope includes all necessary civil works, pipe laying, jointing with rubber rings, testing with water pressure, and ensuring proper compaction and finishing as per specifications. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities, possess valid NTN, Sales Tax, and Sindh Revenue Board registrations, and demonstrate experience with at least two similar completed works in the last two years and two ongoing projects of similar nature. Financial soundness must be supported by bank statements for the last three years. An affidavit on E-stamp paper confirming no blacklisting or litigation is mandatory. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000/- is required in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted as Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies must be uploaded via E-PADS and original instruments submitted before bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only by 06-11-2026 up to 11:00 AM. Bid opening will occur the same day at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives.
