Town Committee Jhol invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for various development schemes in Taluka Sinjhoro District Sanghar. The procurement includes construction and repair of surface drains of Type-A and Type-B across multiple wards and providing and fixing solar street lights at various streets of Town Committee Jhol. Bidders must be registered with PEC if applicable, possess valid NTN, SRB registration, and be on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. Experience of at least two similar completed works and two ongoing projects is mandatory. Bid security of 5% of estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 must be submitted. Bids are to be submitted electronically via the E-PADS portal only. Original bid security and tender fee must be submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening. The contract period is 12 months with a defect liability period of 12 months. The bid opening will be held on 18-09-2026 at 12:00 Noon at the office of Town Committee Jhol.
