The District Council Faisalabad invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from eligible, experienced, financially sound and tax-registered firms, contractors, and suppliers for the construction of a road from Sulaman House to Maqbool Ahmad House & Graveyard Link Road at Chak No. 95/GB (Jamsher), Tehsil Jaranwala, District Faisalabad for the Financial Year 2026–27. This procurement is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS) in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and the Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024 (as amended). Items being procured: - Construction of Road from Sulaman House to Maqbool Ahmad House - Graveyard Link Road at Chak No. 95/GB (Jamsher), Tehsil Jaranwala The project involves road construction works in Faisalabad district, requiring adherence to technical specifications and eligibility criteria available on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must submit bids electronically via Punjab e-PS by 10:00 AM on 02-11-2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the office of the Chief Officer, District Council Faisalabad, in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and authorized representatives. Only electronic bids will be accepted; manual or hard-copy bids are not entertained. The procurement follows a Single Stage - Single Envelope bidding procedure. A bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-PS. Physical financial instruments such as CDRs, Pay Orders, Demand Drafts, or Bank Guarantees are not accepted as per government letter SO(I&C-I)5-4/2024 dated 19.05.2026. Incomplete, incorrect, or improperly submitted bids will be rejected. If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules and Regulations.
