Construction of Street, Drains, Side Wall, Retaining Wall and Culvert Works at Various Locations in Tehsil Jamrud

The sites are spread across various areas of Tehsil Jamrud, District Khyber. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category C-5 and enlisted with the Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the financial year 2026-27. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of original call deposit is mandatory. Tender forms are available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 15,000 for schemes costing Rs. 50 million and proportionally less for smaller schemes. Bids must be submitted online via the EPADS portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) before 02 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with original technical and financial bids submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Jamrud. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Financial bids of unqualified bidders will be returned unopened. Online clarifications are accepted until 12:00 PM on 21 September 2026. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration, Local Council Board enlistment, CNIC, KPRA registration, NTN certificate, and earnest money. Bidders must submit bids through registered courier service; hand submissions will not be accepted. Financial soundness with a fresh bank statement showing Rs. 50 million is required. Bidders should ensure all documents are genuine to avoid disqualification or blacklisting.
