Provision and Construction of Women Centric Facility for District & Sessions Court Karachi Central

The District & Sessions Court Karachi Central invites bids for the provision and construction of a Women Centric Facility under the Access to Justice Development Fund (AJDF) for the financial year 2026-2027. This tender covers comprehensive civil, plumbing, and electrical works to establish a dedicated facility aimed at enhancing services for women at the court premises in Karachi Central. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation and related civil works - Cement concrete masonry and plastering - Reinforced cement concrete and steel reinforcement - Porcelain tile flooring and UPVC window and door framing - Iron/steel grills and painting works - Plumbing works including washdown W.C pans, concealed stop cocks, showers, UPVC pipes and fittings, floor traps, towel rails, mirrors, soap trays, sanitary tape fittings, and a 500-gallon fiberglass tank - Electrical works including wiring for light and fan points, plug points, switches, circuit breakers, PVC conduits, LED batten lights, decorative wall lights, exhaust fans, ceiling fans, and electric boards The technical scope includes excavation, masonry, plastering, plumbing installation, electrical wiring, and fixture installation as per detailed specifications and schedule B items. The project must be completed within 90 calendar days from the issuance of the purchase order. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with relevant tax authorities including SRB and FBR ATL, possess PEC registration with codes CE09, CE10, EE04, EE06 and licensed C6 or above, have electrical inspectorate license for Karachi region, and demonstrate relevant experience with at least one similar work of 80% estimated cost or two works of 50% each in the last five years. A minimum average annual turnover of PKR 10 million over the last three years is mandatory. Bidders must submit separate sealed technical and financial proposals along with a 5% bid security in the form of pay order or bank draft in favor of Access to Justice Development Fund for District and Sessions Court Karachi Central. Tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- is mandatory.
