Tender Description
The LG&RD Department District Diamer & Astore invites tenders for construction works from approved Government eligible contractors/firms licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). The works are located in District Diamer, Gilgit-Baltistan, and include the following items:
- Construction of Subzi Mandi Tangir (Revised) with an estimated cost of Rs. 10.020 million
- Construction of Subzi Mandi Dareli (Revised) with an estimated cost of Rs. 12.187 million
- Construction of Water Tank and Provision of Pipe at Shalo Dass Bunji with an estimated cost of Rs. 2.837 million
These projects require experienced contractors with valid PEC registration and compliance with all tender requirements including bid security. The tender documents can be obtained by submitting Rs. 10,000 for the first two works and Rs. 4,000 for the water tank work as cost of tender forms. The 2% bid security amounts are Rs. 200,400, Rs. 243,740, and Rs. 56,740 respectively.
The tenders will be opened in the presence of contractors or their authorized agents on the dates and times specified: closing and opening for the first two works on 27-08-2026 at 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. respectively, and for the water tank work on 31-08-2026 at 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. respectively.
