Eligible bidders must have valid PEC category relevant to the field, NTN certification, Sindh Revenue Board registration, and at least 5 years of relevant experience with turnover between 2 to 4 million PKR. Bid security of 5% of the contract price is required along with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3000 per lot. Bids must be submitted online via the EPADS portal by 3:00 PM on 5th November 2026. Tender opening will be held at the office of the Chief Municipal Officer, Municipal Committee Shahdadpur at 4:00 PM on the same day.
