Construction of Support Walls for Feeder Channel 160 KW HPS Birgal

The Water & Power Department Gilgit-Baltistan, Civil Engineering Division Gilgit-Ghizer, invites sealed tenders from approved and enlisted government contractors or firms for the construction of support walls for the feeder channel of 160 KW HPS Birgal in Gilgit. The tender opening will be held in the presence of contractors or their representatives. Items being procured: - Construction of support walls for feeder channel 160 KW HPS Birgal The project involves civil engineering works related to the construction of support walls for a hydro power station feeder channel. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the year 2025-2026 and must have renewed their registration with the Water & Power Department Gilgit-Baltistan for 2026-2027. An earnest money deposit of 2% of the bid value is mandatory. Conditional tenders will not be accepted, and no tender will be sold on the date of opening. Bidding documents can be collected from the Executive Engineer's office on cash payment (non-refundable) during office hours upon submission of a written application along with a CDR and valid PEC registration certificate. The tender submission deadline is 14th September 2026 at 12:00 pm sharp, with the tender opening at 1:00 pm the same day. The tender process will follow GB-PPRA rules. Contractors debarred by any region or division and notified by the Water & Power Secretariat are not eligible to participate.
