Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft in favor of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Umerkot. Bids must be submitted electronically through the SPPRA E-Procurement System (EPADS) by 09:00 AM on 09-11-2026.
