Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the year 2026-27 and possess active NTN and ATL registration. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 must accompany the bid. Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA E-Procurement System (EPADS) only; manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will take place on 09 November 2026 at 10:00 AM at the office of Municipal Committee Umerkot.
