Construction of Tower Foundations at Location No. 46 of 132KV D/C Rajan Pur – Rojhan Transmission Line (Emergency Work)

The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) through its Office of Project Director (GSC) invites sealed bids for the construction of tower foundations at location No. 46 of the 132KV D/C Rajan Pur – Rojhan Transmission Line as an emergency work. This procurement is specifically for civil works involving reinforced cement concrete spread foundations using SR cement with Sakhi Sarwar sand and crush in varied soil and rock conditions. The scope includes excavation, stub setting, dewatering, shuttering, concreting, curing, backfilling, leveling, grading, and grounding set installation for each tower as per the engineer's instructions. Items being procured: - Construction of 4 foundations for Tower Type ZM-1 with angle of repose 10° as per drawing No. PDW/TC-440 The work site is located in Multan city, Punjab province. Eligible bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) certificate with at least Category C-6 and specialization code CE-10. Bidders must be on the active tax payer list (ATL) and registered with the Punjab Revenue Authority. Experience of successfully completing at least two similar contracts awarded by WAPDA, NTDC, or DISCOs within the last ten years is mandatory. The average annual turnover for the last three years should be at least 1.5 times the estimated cost, supported by tax returns and bank statements. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS v2.0 portal by Monday, September 21, 2026, at 11:15 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, or Demand Draft must be submitted in hard copy to the Project Director GSC Complex near 132 Kv Grid Station Khanewal Road, Multan.
