Construction of Tower Foundations at Location No. 162 & 163 at 66KV S/C Nawan Kot – Mankera Transmission Line (Break Down Work)

The Office of Project Director (GSC) at Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) invites sealed bids for the construction of tower foundations at location No. 162 & 163 on the 66KV S/C Nawan Kot – Mankera Transmission Line as a break down work. This procurement is specific to civil works involving the construction of spread foundations using cement, sand, and crush in varied soil and rock conditions. The work includes excavation, stub setting, dewatering, shuttering, concreting, curing, backfilling, leveling, grading, and grounding set installation for each tower. Items being procured: - Construction of 8 feet plain cement concrete spread foundations for Tower Type ZM-1 with angle of repose footing (8 units) The scope covers all materials and site works necessary for the completion of the tower foundations as per the technical specifications and drawings provided. Eligible bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) certificate with at least category C-6 and specialization code CE-10. They must also be active taxpayers on the FBR ATL and registered with the Punjab Revenue Authority for sales tax. Experience of completing at least two similar contracts awarded by WAPDA, NTDC, or DISCOs within the last ten years is mandatory, with a consolidated value exceeding 60% of the estimated cost. The average annual turnover for the last three years should be at least 1.5 times the BOQ amount. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS v2.0 portal by Monday, September 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The bid opening will follow on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, or Demand Draft must be submitted in hard copy to the Project Director GSC Complex near 132 Kv Grid Station Khanewal Road, Multan.
