Construction and Upgradation of Schools and Building in Taluka Hala

The Executive Engineer Education Works Division Matiari has announced procurement for construction and upgradation projects in Taluka Hala, Sindh. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant CE-10 category for the year 2025-26 and hold an electrical contractor license issued by the Electric Inspector License Renewal 2026 for Mirpurkhas Region. Active registration with FBR (ATL) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) is mandatory. Experience in similar works with at least one project covering 80% of the estimated cost or two projects covering 50% is required. The tender documents must be submitted physically with separate sealed envelopes for Technical and Financial Proposals by 11:00 AM on 13.08.2026 at the office of the Executive Engineer Education Works Division, Government Boys Degree College Matiari. The technical proposals will be opened at 1:00 PM the same day. Earnest Money in the form of 5% CDR is required.
