Construction of Watch Towers at Hangu and Kohat

The Divisional Forest Officer, Kohat Forest Division, Kohat invites E-tenders through the EPADS portal for construction works under the project 'Strengthening Institutional Capacity for Sustainable Forest Fire Mitigation and Management system in Central Southern Forest Region - I'. The procurement is for construction of watch towers at two locations: Hangu and Kohat. Items being procured: - Construction of Watch Tower at Hangu - Construction of Watch Tower at Kohat Each package has an estimated cost of Rs. 6.00 Million with a bid security of Rs. 0.12 Million. The works are to be completed as per work order timelines. Bidders must be registered contractors/suppliers/firms with NTN/GST/KPPRA registration and have relevant PEC codes for construction. The bidding process follows the single stage single envelope method as per KPPRA Rules 2014 (Financial). Bids must be submitted and uploaded through the EPAD portal before the deadline of 05 November 2026 at 11:30 AM. Original 2% CDR and an affidavit regarding original 2% CDR must be separately sealed and submitted in one large envelope to the Divisional Forest Officer, Kohat before the closing date and time. All applicable taxes including Sales Tax, Income Tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties will be enforced as per government rules. Bidders quoting more than 10% below the engineer's estimate up to 20% must submit additional 8% security. Bids more than 20% below require additional security equal to the differential amount. Late, conditional, incomplete, or manual bids will not be accepted. Evaluation will be done package-wise.
