Tender Description
Fauji Akbar Portia Marine Terminals Limited (FAP) in Karachi invites sealed bids from FBR and SST registered contractors/firms with proven experience in civil infrastructure works. The scope includes construction of weighbridge foundations, associated civil works, and pavement works. Items being procured:
- Construction of weighbridge civil infrastructure
- Associated foundations and structural works
- Concrete pavement and related civil works
Tender documents with detailed instructions, terms, technical specifications, scope, and drawings are available from the Document & Data Control (DDC) Department at FAP, Port Bin Qasim, Karachi during office hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 5,000. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked 'Tender for Construction of Weighbridge Civil Infrastructure Works'. A bid security of PKR 500,000 in the form of a Pay Order favoring Fauji Akbar Portia Marine Terminals Limited is required.
The last date for bid submission is 16th September 2026. FAP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any stage without assigning any reason. The decision of FAP shall be final and binding. Bidders should ensure timely submission and compliance with all requirements.
