Construction of WSS with Solarization at Kibzai, Abdullah Zai, Khosti and Babar Areas at District Zhob

The Public Health Engineering Division Zhob invites bids from eligible bidders for the construction of Water Supply Scheme (WSS) with solarization at Kibzai, Abdullah Zai, Khosti and Babar areas in District Zhob for the fiscal year 2026-27 based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026. Items being procured: - Construction of WSS with solarization at Kibzai - Construction of WSS with solarization at Abdullah Zai - Construction of WSS with solarization at Khosti - Construction of WSS with solarization at Babar areas The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014. Tender fee for each bid is Rs. 2000, payable via bank challan in NBP Zhob Branch. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and discipline, five years of work experience, valid NTN and BRA registration active on ATL, and submission of an authorization letter for the schemes. Additional requirements include non-judicial stamp paper, work order history, financial soundness, and bank guarantee submission with the financial bid.
