Consultancy Services for Design and RE Supervision of Works in Multiple Cities

The Military Engineer Services, Engineer-in-Chief Branch at GHQ Rawalpindi, is inviting applications for pre-qualification of firms and contractors for consultancy services involving design and Resident Engineer (RE) supervision of various works. These works are spread across multiple cities including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Sialkot, Muzaffarabad, Swat, Karachi, Gwadar, Quetta, Ormara, Turbat, Taxila, and Kamra. The scope includes consultancy services for design and supervision of construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works. Firms must provide detailed credentials including work orders, project locations, and completion certificates. Experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works is essential. Firms should be registered with PEC in the relevant category and preferably enlisted with MES in Category A. Only firms enlisted with PEC Category C-2 or above with validity up to June 2026 are eligible. Firms must also submit NTN certificates, income tax returns for the last three years, and bank statements. The tender documents will be issued only to pre-qualified firms and contractors. The submission deadline is 03 June 2026 at 11:30 hours at the Engineer-in-Chief’s Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi, with opening at 12:00 hours the same day. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
