The Military Engineer Services, Engineer-in-Chief Branch at GHQ Rawalpindi, is inviting applications for pre-qualification of firms and contractors for consultancy services involving design and resident engineer (RE) supervision for various works. These works are located across multiple cities including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Sialkot, Muzaffarabad, Swat, Karachi, Gwadar, Quetta, Ormara, Turbat, Taxila, and Kamra. Experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works/services is required. Firms must be registered with PEC in the relevant field and enlisted in category C-2 or above with validity up to June 2026. Preference is given to firms enlisted with MES in category A. Non-enlisted firms must provide 2% refundable bid security. Pre-qualification with Engineer-in-Chief's Branch GHQ Rawalpindi is mandatory. No outstanding DI&E recoveries or special reports should exist. Applications must include list of personnel, bank statements, NTN certificate, and income tax returns for the last three years. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The tender documents will be issued only to pre-qualified firms.
