Hyderabad Municipal Corporation is procuring consultancy services for the planning, design, and construction supervision of the rehabilitation of the road from Giddu Chowk to Ya Ali Colony, including areas via Mir Fateh Colony and Mehran Oil Mills near Pathan Goth, Hyderabad. This project involves comprehensive engineering consultancy for road widening, dualization, and strengthening, along with construction of a storm water drain and pump house to address frequent waterlogging issues. The scope includes detailed topographic and geotechnical surveys, preparation of preliminary and detailed designs, tender documents, construction supervision, and contract management.
The consultancy will cover design stages such as inception reports, engineering cost estimates, and tendering support, followed by construction supervision ensuring quality control, material testing, and progress monitoring. The project aims to improve traffic flow, safety, and flood resilience in Hyderabad city, benefiting residential, commercial, and industrial users. The consultant must have at least 20 years of experience, valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration with relevant codes, and be enlisted on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR and Sindh Board of Revenue.
Proposals must be submitted online via the SPPRA e-Procurement System EPADS by 09 July 2026 at 2:00 PM. Technical and financial proposals are to be submitted together, with technical proposals opened first. The submission address is the office of the Municipal Commissioner, Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Earnest Money and CDR requirements apply as per the tender documents.
