Shifting of Office Accommodation of DEC Islamabad from Existing Building to NIE Building H-9 (E&M Works)

The E&M-Maintenance Division PMOH Maintenance of Public Buildings under the Capital Development Aurhority (CDA) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the shifting of office accommodation of DEC Islamabad from the existing building to NIE Building H-9. This procurement involves Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) works including dismantling, shifting, installation, and commissioning of various electrical and mechanical equipment and wiring as per the detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Items being procured: - Supply and erection of single core PVC insulated copper conductor cables of various sizes - Installation of 4-pair data cables CAT-6 - Wall mounted distribution boards with breakers - Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCBs) of various ratings - PVC double layer switch kits and sockets - Copper winded exhaust fans - μ-PVC pressure pipes - M.S. conduit pipes for wiring - Dismantling of ceiling fans, AC units, lights, cameras, fire alarm panel, exhaust fans, generator connections, LED TVs, server machines, and networking - Hiring of heavy duty crane for generator lifting - Shifting/loading/unloading of diesel generator - Providing/fixing connectors for networking - Copper and aero flex pipes for AC units - Control wires - Hanging brackets for AC units - Wrapping tape and flair nuts for AC copper pipes - Charging of Honeywell Genetron R-22 cooling gas - Providing and fixing of LED panel lights, mirror lights, and ceiling lights - Telephone wires and servicing of AC units - Fixing of steel nails, screws, rawal plugs, PVC tape, and cable ties - Fixing and connection of LED TVs - Replacement of AC valve and gas recharging The scope covers all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the complete shifting and installation as per specifications. The work site is located in Islamabad, and the contract is planned for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC for works, have valid FBR registration, and meet all eligibility criteria as per the bidding documents. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit or Bid Securing Declaration is required. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 portal by the deadline. The bid submission deadline is Monday, October 19, 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 PM the same day on EPADS. Manual bids will not be accepted.
